Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. For returns, mark packages as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our tactical gear with a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Below are the complete details for hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Armor & Protective Gear: Once opened or used (including body armor, tactical vests)
  • Customized Items: Badges, nametags, or gear with custom embroidery
  • Intimate Apparel: Balaclavas, tactical hoods, bandanas, and similar items

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specifying the replacement item (subject to availability). We’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.

Once your return is approved:
