The Condor SPECTER plate carrier is a low profile, lightweight carrier for discreet surveillance operations. Constructed of durable 4-way stretch nylon fabric for flush fitment while maintaining full range of motion. It can be worn as a minimal outer carrier in conjunction with up to level 3A Ballistic Plates, or concealed easily underneath a jacket while using most soft armor in the shooter cut configuration.Heavy Duty nylon reinforcement at high wear areas
